Educational Resources The Museum of Ventura County is a valuable resource for educators.  We offer the following programs to serve K-4th grade students: ·         Structured Field Trips for 3rd & 4th  grades focusing on Chumash and Mission history ·         Museum Visits of current exhibits for all grade levels ·         Museum to Go:  Local history in a box for teachers to use in the classroom ·         Docent led School Outreach history programs (K-4th grade)   We also offer learning experiences for kids and families. ·         Summer Programs:  Chumash Youth and Art Start ·         Monthly Family Time art activities on the 3rd Sunday of each month   Please visit the pages for these programs to learn more. ·         Museum Tours ·         Museum to Go ·         School Outreach Programs ·         Summer Programs ·         Family Events   Feel free to contact me if you have questions or want to book a program for your class.
